ESTACADA:

1C 2017-1321

On 08/03/2017 at 2107 hrs., police responded to a suspicious circumstance in the area of SW 3rd Avenue and S Broadway Street. The caller reported a window of a business located in the 300 block of S Broadway was broken by an unknown suspect. The business was secured and the business owner was left information to contact Sandy Police regarding the incident. Video surveillance is being gathered in an attempt to ID the suspect.

On 08/05/2017 at 0520 hrs., Irvin A. Ucan-Camara (25, of Estacada), was arrested on a Warrant out of Clackamas County for parole violations. Ucan was taken into custody near the intersection of Lake Shore Drive and Forest Street. He was transported to the Clackamas County Jail, where he was lodged on his Warrant.

1C 2017-1326

On 08/05/2017 at 1450 hrs., police responded to the area of Highway 224 and River Mill Road to assist Estacada Fire Department on a grass fire. Officers were advised a female was seen in the area of the fire and might have been involved. Police contacted Mandy M. Davidson (29, of Estacada) who stated she did start a fire in the grass. Davidson was cited for Reckless burning.

On 08/05/2017 at about 2021 hrs., police stopped Karl L. McKinzey (49, of Estacada) for a traffic violation. It was discovered that he was driving while suspended at the misdemeanor level. He was arrested and lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on $2500 bail.

18 2017-1314

On 08/03/2017 at 0109 hrs., police responded to the 16000 block of Bluff Road on a report of a violation of a no contact order. The suspect left prior to police arriving.

18 2017-1315

On 08/03/2017 at about 1114 hrs., police responded to the intersection of Dubarko Road and Van Fleet Avenue regarding a very young child walking alone on the street. The child's family was located and a report was taken.

18 2017-1317

On 08/03/2017 at about 1205 hrs., police responded to a disturbance in the 38000 block of Sandy Heights Street. Police summoned EMS to assist, and one party was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

18 2017-1316

On 08/03/2017 at 1212 hrs., officers were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle in the 39000 block of Haskins St. The vehicle itself had been reported as stolen the previous day from Multnomah County. The driver, Justin D. Jackley (27, of Sandy), had a warrant for his arrest for Theft III. He was additionally charged with Possession of Stolen Vehicle. Jackley was transported to Clackamas County Jail, where he was lodged on $41,000 bail.

The passenger, Amanda L. Pfenning (24, of Eagle Creek), was charged with Unlawful Use of Motor Vehicle. Since she was already on probation, a detainer was issued for her arrest. She was transported to Clackamas County Jail, where she was lodged on $40,000 bail.

On 08/04/2017 at 0047 hrs., police received a report about a runaway juvenile from the 39000 block of Gary Street. A report was taken.

18 2017-1324

On 08/05/2017 at 0249 hrs., police responded to a report of a prowler near a residence located in the 17000 block of Davis Drive. Jonathan L. Sickler (37, of Gresham), was located near the residence. Mr. Sickler was placed under arrest on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender. He was transported to the Clackamas County Jail, where he was lodged on $3000 bail.

18 2017-1327

On 08/05/2017 at about 1815 hrs., a business in the 38700 block of Proctor Boulevard called regarding a customer walking out without paying for their items. The customer was contacted and said that they had walked out to protest unsatisfactory service. They returned and paid their bill.

18 2017-1332

On 08/06/2017 at about 0819 hrs., police received a phone report regarding graffiti in the 39000 block of Proctor Boulevard. A report was taken (CAD).

18 2017-1333

On 08/06/2017 at about 1256 hrs., police arrested Steven M. Chiappa (28, of Sandy) for a parole violation while in the 39000 block of Haskins Street. A report is pending (CAD).

18 2017-1334

On 08/06/2017 at about 1410 hrs., police responded to a non-injury motor vehicle crash near the intersection of Highway 26 and Bluff Road. A report is pending (CAD).

18 2017-1336

On 08/06/2017 at about 1712 hrs., police responded to the 17000 block of Hoffman Avenue regarding a domestic disturbance. A report is pending (CAD).

On 08/06/2017 at about 1800 hrs., a woman came to the Sandy Police Department to report a hit and run crash that had occurred on 07/01/2017 in the 16600 block of 362nd Drive. The woman had no suspect information. She estimated the damage to her vehicle at $2,000.
