ESTACADA:

1C 2017-1208

On 07/13/2017 at around 2041 hrs., police were dispatched to a dog bite in the 1000 block of N Broadway Street. A report was taken and code enforcement was notified.


SANDY:

18 2017-1209

On 07/13/2017 at 2219 hrs., Sandy Police and Sandy Fire Department were dispatched to a non- injury vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 26 and Ruben Lane. One of the vehicles involved in the crash was able to be driven from the scene, while the other was towed. No citations were issued.

18 2017-1210

On 07/14/2017 at about 0801 hrs., police responded to a disturbance in Meinig Park. Officers met with a young couple who was sleeping in the park and had an argument. It was determined crimes had not been committed. Both parties were excluded from all city parks for the next 30 days for violating the no camping rules.

On 07/14/2017 at 1111 hrs., police took a report about a stolen vehicle from the 38800 block of Barlow Parkway. The vehicle was entered into LEDS/NCIC as stolen.

18 2017-1212

On 07/14/2017 at 1200 hrs., Clinton S. Samuel (39, of Sandy) was arrested in Meinig Park on a warrant for Assault IV, Menacing, and Harassment. He was also trespassed from all city parks for the next 30 days for camping in the park. Samuel was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $40,000 bail.

18 2017-1213

On 07/14/2017 at about 1950 hrs., officers responded to a report of a juvenile threatening a parent with a knife in the 39000 block of Cascadia Village Drive. All involved parties were interviewed, and the child placed with another parent. This report will be forwarded to the Clackamas County Juvenile Department for review.

18 2017-1214

On 07/15/2017 at about 0130 hrs., a parent came to the police department to report a child as a runaway. The juvenile was entered into state and federal databases.

18 2017-1215

On 7/15/2017 at about 2007 hrs., a DHS worker reported that a juvenile in her custody ran away near Meinig Park. The juvenile subject was entered into appropriate databases as a runaway. The investigation is ongoing.

18 2017-1217

On 07/16/2017 at about 1715 hrs., police took Cortney S. Carlile (20, of Gresham) into custody as she had multiple warrants for her arrest (PCS-Meth, False Info to Police, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Unauthorized use of Motor Vehicle, Theft 2, Unlawful Entry into Motor Vehicle). She was taken to Clackamas County Jail and was held on $95,555 bail.

18 2017-1218

On 07/16/2017 at about 1920 hrs., police responded to a disturbance in the 37000 block of Dubarko Road. An adult subject was taken into custody on a detox hold and was transported to the Hooper Sobering Center in Portland. Additional charges will be referred to the Clackamas County District Attorney.
