Oregon City Police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a package theft suspect

OREGON CITY POLICE ARE SEEKING THE PUBLIC'S ASSISTANCE IN IDENTIFYING A PACKAGE THEFT SUSPECT

On July 6, 2017, around 2:02 pm, an unknown suspect stole a package off the porch of a residence in the 1100 block of 7th St. The suspect can be seen in surveillance video walking westbound on 7th St. The suspect walks onto the porch of the residence, examines the package for a period of time before stealing it. The suspect continued westbound on 7th St.

The suspect is described as a white male adult, wearing a black leather style jacket and black hat. It appears the suspect was wearing a lanyard around his neck.

The Oregon City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the theft suspect. Anyone who might have information about the theft or the suspect are encouraged to call the Oregon City Tip Line at 503-496-1616.
