BANK ROBBERY FRIDAY MORNING IN THE WOODSTOCK NEIGHBORHOOD

On Friday July 14, 2017, at 9:58 a.m., East Precinct officers responded to the report of a bank robbery at the KeyBank, located at 4600 Southeast Woodstock Boulevard.

Officers arrived in the area and spoke with employees who told police that the suspect presented a note to the teller demanding money. There were no weapons displayed. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect left the bank without incident.

Several officers checked the neighborhood but did not locate anyone matching the suspect's description.

The suspect is described as a 40 to 50-year-old white male, 5'6" tall, 150 pounds, with dark short hair and a goatee.

Portland Police Bureau Robbery Detail detectives and Federal Bureau of Investigation agents are currently investigating this robbery.
