ESTACADA:

1C 2017-921

On 05/24/2017 at about 1256 hrs., code enforcement received a complaint of a vehicle blocking a gate to the City of Estacada water reservoir. Code enforcement cited the vehicle and posted it for 24 hour tow. On 05/25/2017, the vehicle was still there, so it was towed.

1C 2017-924

On 05/25/2017 at about 1853 hrs., police conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Highway 224. The vehicle was towed from the scene; the driver was cited for driving while suspended.

1C 2017-927

On 05/26/2017 at around 1951 hrs., police stopped a vehicle in the area of SE Highway 224 and SE Wildcat Mountain Drive. The license plates on the vehicle did not belong to it, and the driver, was violation-level suspended. She was cited and the license plates seized.

1C 2017-928

On 05/26/2017 at around 2227 hrs., police were dispatched to a report of a runaway juvenile in the 800 block of SE Pineview Court. A report was taken and the juvenile was entered into appropriate databases.

1C 2017-930

On 05/27/2017 at 0808 hrs., police responded to an assault in the 100 block of SE Currin Street. The victim stated he was hit in the head repeatedly by the suspect. The case will be forwarded to the CCDA's Office for review.

1C 2017-934

On 05/27/2017 at about 1604 hrs., police responded to the 500 block of SW Cedar Road regarding a trespassing complaint. Officers arrested Steven A. Graham (31, of Milwaukie) for criminal trespass 2 and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on $16,500 bail.

1C 2017-939

On 05/29/2017 at 1828 hrs., police responded to the 300 block of SE Highway 224 regarding a welfare check where a female was yelling and a male voice was heard on the phone, before the phone was hung up. Police stopped a related vehicle near Highway 224 and Beach Street. Michael J. Zaezas (32, of Wilsonville) was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Heroin, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of a Schedule 4 Controlled substance. Additional occupants had charges submitted to the District Attorney for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Delivery of Methadone, and Unlawful Possession of Methadone.

On 05/25/2017 at about 2142 hrs., police received a report about criminal mischief. A report is pending (CAD).

18 2017-921

On 05/25/2017 at about 2358 hrs., police located a runaway juvenile in the area of Reed Circle and Barker Court. A report was taken.

18 2017-922

On 05/25/2017 at about 1433 hrs., police responded to the 34000 block of Highway 26 regarding found property.

Case Number Pending

On 05/25/2017 at about 2356 hrs., police responded to the 39000 block of Gary Street regarding a suspicious person. A report is pending (CAD).

On 05/26/2017 at 1511 hrs., officers were dispatched to a disturbance on a school bus near the intersection of Highway 26 and University Avenue. Two students had been fighting and were turned over to school administration. A report will be written and submitted to the CCDA's Office Juvenile Department for consideration of charging one of the students for Harassment.

18 2017-931

On 05/27/2017 at 0923 hrs., a reporting party called police to report that she had lost her wallet in the 36000 block of Highway 26 the previous day. A report was taken.

18 2017-932

On 05/27/2017 at about 0952 hrs., police were informed that the front glass door was broken on the Community Action Center in the 38000 block of Pioneer Boulevard. A report was taken.

18 2017-933

On 05/27/2017 at about 1548 hrs., police responded to the 38000 block of Pleasant Street regarding a burglary. A report was taken (CAD).

18 2017-936

On 05/28/2017 at about 1007 hrs., police responded to a theft that occurred in the area of Hamilton Ridge Drive and Nettie Connett Drive. A report was taken, and the victim was issued a case number for follow up with the DMV.

On 05/28/2017 at about 1349 hrs., police received a report about lost property in the 17000 block of Koch Court. A report was taken.

18 2017-938

On 05/28/2017 at about 1112 hrs., police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 17000 block of Meinig Avenue. A report is pending (CAD)

18 2017-940

On 05/29/17 at about 2320 hrs., a juvenile and Francisco Ocampo-Pedroza (21, of Sandy) were detained for investigation of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. A citizen in the 18000 block of Deloris Avenue called to report three subjects running after they had been caught inside a neighbor's vehicle. Ocampo and the juvenile were found a short distance away. The juvenile admitted entering two cars and taking items from within, and Ocampo admitted being a lookout. The juvenile was released to his parents and Ocampo was cited and released. The report will be forwarded to the District Attorney's office.

18 2017-941

On 05/29/2017 at about 2359 hrs., police assisted a citizen with a mental health concern. He was referred to appropriate community resources.

18 2017-942

On 05/30/2017 at 0543 hrs., police responded to a Theft call in the 38000 block of Sandy Heights Street. The caller reported that items had been stolen from his truck sometime between 1800 hours the night before and 0530 this morning. There are no suspects at this time.
