1C 2017-871

On 05/18/2017 at about 0620 hrs., police responded to the 100 block of NE Ginseng Drive regarding a motorcycle that was stolen overnight. A report was taken.

1C 2017-875

On 05/18/2017 at about 1246 hrs., an employee in the 1000 block of 10th Street reported they recovered one of the companies vehicles which had been reported stolen. It was unclear if the vehicle had actually been stolen or misplaced.

1C 2017-878

On 05/18/2017 at about 2037 hrs., police received a report about a runaway juvenile from the 400 block of SW Ivy Road. A report was taken.

1C 2017-885

On 05/20/2017 at about 1909 hrs., officers stopped a vehicle near SE Highway 224 and SE River Mill Road. It was found that the driver was uninsured and had a suspended license. During the course of the investigation, police discovered that a passenger, Mariah L. Salyer (29, of Oregon City) had a warrant for failure to appear on a Theft II charge. She was arrested, transported, and lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on $2500 bail. The driver was cited for the original violations, and the vehicle was impounded.

On 05/21/2017 at about 0949 hrs., police responded to a suspicious circumstance report in the 300 block of S Broadway Street. A report is pending (CAD).

On 05/21/2017 at about 2224 hrs., police responded to a possible assault in the 700 block of Broadway Street. A report is pending (CAD).

18 2017-870

On 05/18/2017 at about midnight, police received a report about a runaway juvenile from the 39000 block of Gary Street. A report was taken (CAD).

On 05/18/2017 at about 1017 hrs. police received a report about a hit & run motor vehicle collision in the 16000 block of 362nd Drive. A report was taken.

On 05/19/2017 at about 1019 hrs., a citizen turned in a found bicycle for safekeeping.

On 05/19/2017 at 1411 hrs., officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 39000 block of Dubarko Road. One person was detained after officers discovered he attempted to conceal a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine. The case will be referred to the DA's Office for consideration of charging for PCS Methamphetamine.

18 2017-884

On 05/20/2017 at 1146 hrs., it was reported that two juveniles shop-lifted from a store in the 38000 block of Pioneer Boulevard. The value of the stolen goods was approximately $5. Still photos of the suspects were distributed in attempt to identify.

On 05/20/17 at about 1920 hrs., an officer responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 18000 block of Antler Avenue. Both involved parties were interviewed and this report documents the incident.

On 05/20/2017 at about 2050 hrs., Ashley R. Mitchell, (30, of Milwaukie), was arrested on a warrant issued by the State Parole Board for a Parole Violation when he was found in the 37000 block of Highway 26. He was taken to the Clackamas County Jail, where he was held without bail.

On 05/21/2017 at 1241 hrs., police were advised of a traffic crash/road rage type incident that had occurred earlier at the intersection of Van Fleet Avenue and Dubarko Road. Louis T. Freeman, (52, of Central Point) was cited for Reckless Driving and Criminal Mischief 2 in regards to the incident.

18 2017-891

On 05/21/2017 at 2140 hrs., police were dispatched to a report of a vehicle with a driver who appeared to be under the influence of intoxicants. Joseph A. Trainer (38, of Sandy) was arrested for DUII in the 37000 block of Solso Drive.
