On 05/11/2017 at around 1721 hrs., police responded to a report of possible abuse occurring in the 400 block of SW Laurel Road. A report was taken.

On 05/12/2017 at about 1707 hrs., police responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of SE Dance Drive. A report is pending (CAD).

On 05/13/2017 at about 1608 hrs., police responded to a burglary in the 400 block of SE Cedar Creek Lane. A report is pending (CAD).

On 05/11/2017 at 0012 hrs., police received a runaway juvenile report from the 39000 block of Gary Street. A report was taken.

On 05/10/2017 at about 0727 hrs., code enforcement received a report about graffiti to the play structure in Hamilton Ridge Park. The graffiti was photographed and reported to the Sandy Parks Department for clean up. The estimated cost of the damage is $50.

On 05/11/2017 at about 0823 hrs., code enforcement received a request for a welfare check on a dog in the 39000 block of Hood Street. A report was taken.

On 05/11/2017 at 0840 hrs., two individuals were trespassed permanently from a property in the 39000 block of Dubarko Rd in Sandy at the request of the property manager.

On 05/11/2017 at about 0847 hrs., police received a report about a motor vehicle crash that had occurred in the 38000 block of Proctor Boulevard. A report was taken.

On 05/11/2017 at about 1508 hrs., police witnessed a motor vehicle crash near the intersection of Pioneer Boulevard and Revenue Avenue. A report was taken.

On 05/11/2017 at 2006 hrs., a transient was trespassed from a business near the 38000 block of Proctor Boulevard.

On 05/12/2017 at 1103 hrs., Sandy Public Library staff reported the theft of numerous DVD's. Surveillance shows two unknown adult individuals stealing approximately $340 worth of DVDs.

On 05/12/2017 at 1320 hrs., a Sandy resident reported that their parked vehicle was crashed into near the 16000 block of 362nd Drive. The driver of the vehicle left the scene and failed to leave their information. At this time there is no suspect information and a report was taken.

On 05-12-17, at 1352 hrs., Jean R. Hawkins, (33, of Sandy), was arrested near the 39000 block of Haskins Street. Hawkins had an active warrant for parole violation and was taken into custody. She was was transported to the Clackamas County Jail and lodged on no bail.

On 05/12/2017 at about 2220 hrs., Troy L. Cansler, (41, of Sandy) was arrested in the 37000 block of Highway 26 for violating the terms of his probation. Cansler was taken to the Clackamas County Jail, where he was lodged without bail.

On 05/12/2017 at around 2343 hrs., a man attempted to pass a fraudulent $20 bill at a business in the 37400 block of Highway 26, and then again at another business in the 37000 block of Highway 26. The man was contacted and interviewed. This report will be forwarded to the District Attorney's office for review.

On 05/13/2017 at about 1532 hrs., police responded to the 38000 block of Pioneer Boulevard regarding an unwanted person. A report is pending (CAD).

18 2017-848

On 05/13/2017 at 2311 hrs., a 15 year old juvenile was arrested in the area of Wellesley Avenue and Newton Street. He was taken to the Donald E Long juvenile facility and lodged there. He was charged with Theft II, Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle, and Unlawful Possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance.
