1C 2017-746

On 04/29/2017 at about 1300 hrs., officers served stalking protective orders on two individuals at a business on the 1000 block of NW Wade Street.

1C 2017-747

On 04/29/2017 at around 1350 hrs., police were contacted about a dog bite that occurred near the 800 block of N Broadway Street. The report will be forwarded to the Code Enforcement Officer.

1C 2017-749

On 04/29/2017 at around 1832 hrs., police made contacted with Timothy D. Peden (53, of Oregon City) in the area of N Broadway Street and NE 6th Avenue. Mr. Peden was arrested on an outstanding warrant for criminal trespass. He was transported to the Clackamas County Jail, where he was held on $2500 bail.

On 04/30/2017 at about 0116 hrs., police received a report about a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of SW Frontage Road. A report is pending (CAD).

On 04/27/2017 at 1152 hrs., police responded to the 37400 block of Bell Street regarding a juvenile in possession of marijuana products. The juvenile was taken into protective custody for MIP - Marijuana and was then transported to the Juvenile Reception Center.

On 04/27/2017 at 1541 hrs., a reporting party informed officers that approximately $7000 in construction material had been stolen over the past three nights from a construction site located in the 16000 block of Champion Way. There are no suspects at this time.

On 04/28/2017 at about 0843 hrs., police received a report about a domestic disturbance in the 37000 block of Sunset Street. A report is pending (CAD).

On 04/28/2017 at about 1359 hrs., police responded to a theft from a vehicle in the 16000 block of 362nd Drive. A report was taken.

On 04/28/2017 at about 1900 hrs., an officer served a subject with a restraining order. This occurred in the 37000 block of Highway 26.

18 2017-744

On 04/28/2017 at 2326 hrs., police responded to a hit and run motor vehicle crash near the area of Scales Avenue and Pleasant Street. It was determined that a white truck struck a parked vehicle and left the scene of the crash. At this time the case is still under investigation.

18 2017-745

On 4/29/2017 at approximately 0930 hrs., police received a call of a hit and run in the 37000 block of Bell Street that occurred Friday (4/28) afternoon. The incident resulted in minor damage to the victims car.

On 04/29/2017 at about 1715 hrs., police located Thomas M. Christie (35, of Boring), who had a warrant, at a business on the 37000 block of Highway 26. Christie was taken into custody on two warrants for failure to appear, and was found to be in possession of heroin at the time of the arrest. Mr. Christie was lodged on the warrants at the Clackamas County Jail, where he was held on $35,000 bail.

On 04/29/2017 at about 1717 hrs., police received a report about theft of lost or mislaid property in the 38000 block of Pioneer Boulevard. A report is pending (CAD).

On 04/29/2017 at about 2050 hrs., Troy L. Cansler (51, of Sandy) was arrested for violating his probation. Cansler was arrested during a traffic stop for a violation in the 37000 block of Highway 26. He was taken to the Clackamas County Jail, where he was lodged without bail. He was also issued a citation for driving while suspended-violation, driving uninsured, and expired tags.

On 04/29/2017 at 2133 hrs., police responded to a call involving four counterfeit $20.00 bills which were tendered at a business located in the 16000 block of Champion Way. The case is under investigation.

On 04/30/2017 at about 0733 hrs., police pursued a vehicle believed to be driven under the influence of intoxicants. A report is pending (CAD).

On 04/30/2017 at about 1246 hrs., police responded to the 39000 block of Highway 26 regarding an unwanted person. A report is pending (CAD).
