NO INJURIES AFTER ROBBERY AND SHOOTING AT ROSEWAY NEIGHBORHOOD CONVENIENCE STORE

On Friday May 5, 2017, at 3:55 a.m., North Precinct officers responded to the report of gunfire at the 7-Eleven Store, located at 3311 Northeast 82nd Avenue.

Officers arrived in the area and learned that there was an armed robbery at 7-Eleven and the suspect fired multiple shots as he fled the scene. The employee was not injured.

Officers learned that the suspect entered the store, armed with a handgun, and the employee ran outside. The suspect was in the store for a short time then came outside, fired several shots at the employees car, then ran away.

Officers searched the neighborhood but did not locate anyone matching the suspect's description.

The suspect is described as a white male, 50 to 60 years old, medium height and weight, white hair, wearing a red hat and black t-shirt.
