Oregon City, Oregon (May 11, 2017, 5:00 pm): In late 2014 and early 2015, the Oregon City Police Department and the Lake Oswego Police Department had several commercial burglaries occurring in the middle of the night. Officers and detectives from both agencies began linking the burglaries together but were unable to identify the suspect.

On March 16, 2015, the Oregon City Police Department identified the suspect as 53 year old Anthony Gordon Brown, after he fled an interrupted burglary at the Oregon City Coffee Rush, 900 Main St. Oregon City Police located him a short distance from the scene and took him into custody. Brown was later convicted of Burglary II and Robbery III for that incident and was sentenced to prison. OCPD Case # 15-962.

Yesterday, in a Clackamas County Circuit Court, Anthony Gordon Brown was convicted of three additional commercial burglaries from Oregon City and three commercial burglaries from Lake Oswego. Brown was sentenced to 180 months in prison for six counts of Burglary II, ORS 164.215.
