Vancouver, Wash. -- The City of Vancouver is seeking applicants to fill two vacancies on the Aviation Advisory Committee. Interested applicants have until 11:59 p.m., Friday, June 23, 2017 to submit an application to the City.

The nine-member Aviation Advisory Committee is appointed by the Vancouver City Council to advise the City on matters related to Pearson Field Airport and Aviation in general.

There is no city residency requirement for this position. This recruitment is for one full-term position and one mid-term vacancy.

The committee meets at noon on the second Tuesday of each month at the Pearson Air Museum, Headquarters Building, 1109 E. 5th St. in Vancouver. The monthly time commitment varies from two to six hours, which includes meeting time and other duties.
