OREGON CITY, OR, December 25, 2015 -- Landslide concerns have forced the mandatory evacuation of multiple apartment buildings in Oregon City with local residents finding a safe place to stay over the holidays at the Red Cross shelter at Oregon City High School. Twenty-five local residents stayed at the Red Cross shelter on December 24. Those affected are keeping their families close during the holidays, but a few are willing to tell their stories with
the media on Friday, December 25 at noon at Oregon City High School: 19761 S. Beavercreek
Oregon City, OR.

Red Cross volunteers from across the country have joined the cadre of volunteers from Oregon and Washington who are helping neighbors in need across our flood-ravaged area over the past weeks. This includes teams of shelter workers, nurses and mental health workers, all of who are available to provide motional and health-related resources for those affected by the ongoing weather-related events.
